Air-Temp Mechanical Inc. is based out of Cleveland, OH, and typically bids both public and private projects within a 100 mile radius. Originally named Air-Temp Climate Control Inc. in 1978, Allen Krupar worked on “growing” a successful business. In 1979 Tim Holmes joined the organization with sales experience, and became vice-president. Then in 1998 Allen Krupar started up the new plumbing division After this addition to the company, Air-Temp Climate Control Inc. changed its name to Air-Temp Mechanical Inc. reflecting the full range of mechanical work that is now provided.

Air-Temp Mechanical Inc. specializes in commercial industrial and institutional mechanical construction projects. Their largest projects to date have been in the
$500, 000 to $1,000, 000 range. One of our larger jobs was for Sunrise Assisted Living which consisted of two facilities simultaneously being built at a mechanical cost of 1 million dollars. Air-Temp Mechanical Inc.’s strategic initiatives for the near future are to expand their service department and construction department, which will help lead to a larger client base and allow for more repeat business. The company has grown in the last three years and currently has 40 employees.
