Q: Why are some of our offices warmer or colder than others?
A: Balancing and duct design are areas often over looked by many contractors. By simply balancing a duct system and or making minor modification to your duct system, most comfort issues can easily be resolved.

Q: Why perform maintenance on my equipment? Why not wait until it breaks and fix it?
A: Just think how fast your automobile would last if you never changed the oil,checked the tires or gave it a lube job . Your HVACR equipment operates 24 hours a day, much more than a car and needs to be taken care of in the same way. While an Air temp tech is performing a maintenance check, he could find and tighten up a loose connection at the compressor contactor, if not tightend this could cause a high amp draw to your compressor and would burn it out. In many cases this could be a $3,000.00 plus repair bill.
